How do you ensure my pottery doesn't break during shipping? We are experts in "Safe Travels" for ceramics! Every item is meticulously wrapped in multiple layers of protective eco-friendly cushioning and shipped in reinforced boxes to ensure it arrives at your door in perfect condition.
Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your pottery's journey.
Product & Care
Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe? Most of our everyday pieces are microwave and dishwasher-safe. However, for pieces with special gold luster or delicate glazes, we recommend hand washing to preserve their beauty. Please check the "Care Instructions" on each product page.
Are your glazes food-safe? Yes! All AurisLane functional pottery is made with 100% non-toxic, lead-free glazes, making them perfectly safe for your favorite meals and drinks.
Returns & Satisfaction
What happens if my item arrives damaged? While we pack with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your item arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately.
